I have a couple more deals that I am working on getting under contract and I hope to continue expanding this business.

My company is trying to expand and in need of a good contractor that can do everything in a house flip.

There is a lot of new development just south and plenty of room to expand east.

To expand a little on what's already been said, I would start with the apartments in the area.

At the time the electric company my father worked for actually expanded significantly, there was lots of opportunities to buy heavy construction equipment cheap from other companies that were over leveraged and also he bought a few rentals very cheap with cash he hoarded.
