You can operate in your backyard, self manage, work on corporate and relocation tenants that have longer lease times but are willing to pay close to that nightly rate.Just something to think about.

I have over 19 years of mortgage banking experience with origination, management, corporate relocation, affinity programs and business development.

It is always recommend to put real estate assets under its own llc so if there was ever a incident and you were being sued, you would be protect by the corporate vail.

I was once told, West Houston represents the upstream sector, Downton Houston represents Midstream/Marketing/Corporate, East Houston as the downstream.

Our plan is to operate in the surrounding areas of New York City We both come from corporate America backgrounds, and this been our first experience in the real estate business, makes us very excited and have so much to learn.
