I would still highly recommend verifying with the Dept of Planning and Zoning , they are generally the best place to start. http://www.aacounty.org/departments/inspections-and-permits/permit-center/building-codes/residential-code-requirements/ Furthermore, lots of things can potentially be grandfathered in.

You can maintain the FHA loan on a departing residence if: a) Your family increased in size, b)You are moving into a larger home, or c) You're moving more than 100 miles away.Hope this helps!

I've called several departments in the Country Clerk's office and everyone has seemed like they had no idea what I was even asking for.I thought is was pretty standard to keep a list of all eviction filings, as from what I understand they are Public Records.
