The rent-to-own tenants are thsoe who you end up foreclosing on, investigate equitable interests, installment contracts and how you might get your sale price and they walk away with a profit.

(This will change in the future)The problem is neighborhoods that i want to live in due to school and work proximity have houses that sell well above this figure.Should l continue to live in my apartment which i pay 460 a month for (share with a roommate) and then look at this venture purely as an investment?

I only investigated it because I got the letter in the mail and was curious as to what was involved.I would be more than willing to sell off my notes too, but haven't dug more into who buys performing notes.
