@Dennis WayneI honestly had no problem with this response since when I read it I didn’t take it that way but I guess that’s the tough part in communicating through forums!

I certainly see a failure in communication.

As I talk to more people in the real estate world it seems knowledge and communication are the two pillars that can really set you apart. 

Honesty, Integrity and Persistence are important Virtues that I use daily with my students and my communications with people on BP since about 2015.Happy New Year!!

Our collections were normal (this I attribute to clear communication to residents up front) and demand is through the roof for good, clean homes.

If your tenant stops paying for 6 months, then you'd better be in communication with your lender to let them know what's [not] coming down the pipe.

I communicate with each after every turn.

The  realtor involved does not communicate well or often and only remarks that she can't get any information from the attorney involved when contacting them. 

It is true that some contractor don’t like working with investors, however, if your communicating properly and being clear and concise with what you want done for your project/projects, you will find a reputable contractor to work with. 

They should also be able to help you find a qualified professional to look at the issue and provide quotes for any necessary repairs, manage contingency deadlines, communicate well with the selling side etc. but I wouldn’t be too hard on them for not readily having all the answers in a situation that might not have a clear answer.
