When you list a property on air Bnb through a management company, does it show them as the host or you?

It's pretty easy to calculate what you need to make it worth it to host them.

I think you'd have to check airdna.co or mashvisor.com or ask local STR hosts to find out what the occupancy rates/revenue, etc are for you to decide. 

You could be a wholesaler, Airbnb host, or property manager, and you set that same attainable goal of $40k of annual income as you build your new business.

Because the current system is not working and is causing a host of social problems here.

Is this known by guests to be the "magic bullet" in asking a host to refund money or am I misreading the tea leaves?
