Even if you aren't ready to buy, it will give you so much insight as to what properties are in what areas, how much they cost, etc.I'm an agent here in Pittsburgh and I work strictly with investors.

Try to think about where you might be in 3-5 years when rents are a bit higher and your properties have appreciated.If you can't see this vision, then sell.

I'm just getting started in the area and @Timothy Smith has been a major game changer.

Look into the average rent prices in the area to ensure you can net a positive cashflow.

I called around to civil lawyers in my area and they want $250 for just a consultation!

Naturally we are a bit nervous, but we have solid exit strategies in place which helps to reassure our confidence!
