Same here, I am quitting my 6 figure job sooner or later ;) ok I need a bit guts:) most of people I know warned me not to, but I know when I have to, good luck to all of us who quit or is quitting day job!

We JUST moved in, we have ten months left, and I'm frankly, kind of alarmed that a real estate company thought it was okay to not only just come into our house with no warning, but to think they had any right to demand information out of us. 

Well, not the agent, but somebody from the insurance company can come out and do an exterior inspection at any time, without any warning.

For one, it will be a way to warn other landlords. 

Agreed that it is good for the eviction to go on their record as a warning to other landlords.

He received a couple warnings, and then I ended up giving him 30 days notice to move out.

If they continue to make noise, even though they've been warned, they get kicked out. 

Even after an official eviction warning and letter the tenant still did not pay.

I've read four books on Real Estate investing this Summer so far and in each one of those books the author talks about the property that they let go because everybody warned him/her about it and how much they regret it reflecting back.

If he still continues to fill maintenance requests without your approval, then give him a written warning.
