After telling my friends about the seminar, turns out a few were trying to get into real estate as well so I start my own Facebook group for us to share ideas and documents (mostly BP articles haha).

What would you name your Facebook business page?  

The current payment structure is definitely something I can do indefinitely.My wife is currently taking daily progress pictures for Facebook so I've got that covered quite well.

They talked about leveraging direct mail, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and Craigslist to push people to a lead-generation form on a website.
