Probably not enough to move the needle all that much, but could have some.They still have a lot of people in CA...LA, San Diego, Irving, Santa Monica, Dallas, all over the Seattle area, NYC...even though it scrapped the idea of a HDQ2 there partly due to the resistance they got from local residents and less than warm welcome from the political class. 

When the weather turns cold in the autumn having the odd mouse find its way indoors is inevitable.

I have resisted so far if I think the investor wants a totally passive income source.

The houses I looked at are all way overvalued currently and I feel a correction in the market is due, but then again prices will never be this low again and it is just being able to weather any correction.

My AC broke a couple weeks ago during 100 degree plus weather while my wife was 9 months pregnant.

Which I read as, resist gentrification and keep prices low to keep current populace & voter base.
