I don't know if the builder will communicate to the county that its 2050  sq ft house and if I put it as 2233 sq ft, some renters might think I am misleading them.

I know this has been spoken about before but I am currently working on building tiny home developments, like multifamilies using tiny homes throughout the country and was wondering if anybody else is doing the same or has interest.

If I am missing any information that could help our case let me know so I can include it in when talking to lenders.

Looking for someone with information about tiny home living and if it’s possible to create a “recreation vehicle” type of arrangement for tiny homes.

We are looking to increase our rental portfolio.

This equates to approximately 1.18% to 1.14%, which is still within the typical range.For properties above $35M, the commission is a flat $500,000.

They understand that it would have to be at a discount to the amount owed and would need to make sense for me.There is roughly $360K in unpaid principle @4.00% and 311 monthly payments remaining. 

Since they did not want to disclose how much they were making in the deal they opted for a double closing.
