It only asks for the name of the person or agent in case papers need to be served.Other than that, I don't see anywhere that asks for the info about the LLC members.How does the government know or verify who the members are?

I'm sorry Justin, but I just don't see anything informative about what you've posted, though it does look like a great ad for you, it's basically a list of properties with no descriptions, etc. that can be verified or anything else.Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm just saying you don't give enough information for anyone to get much out of it.

Although its always recommended to provide documentation verifying the history of a two year period of income, this particular guideline isn't one that's set in stone with no possibility of exception.

The GC will be on the hook for the work, so he'll have to be comfortable that you're doing everything correctly and he'll probably want to verify the work before it's inspected, but that would be an inexpensive solution to your situation.

The satisfied mortgages mean nothing of you can't verify there are no additional mortgages/liens.As for the discrepancies in the listings, you may not be aware, but they removed the requirement for all real estate agents to first be rocket scientists, so mistakes and misinformation are to be expected.
