Some really great videos and people that helped us were BiggerPockets (there are a ton of videos/podcasts on there that you can listen to or watch), Pace Morby (he teaches a lot about creative finance and how you can use different tools to invest in real estate), I also really like Wholesaling Inc.

Incredible tool for real estate investments and otherwise. 

Talk to those turnkey companies about the market and you'll not only learn valuable information about the market, you'll quickly get a sense for which turnkey companies have a real command of the market and which ones are simply trying to make a quick buck. 

However, those were ultimately valuable lessons.

Leveraging properties to acquire other properties is something that can be a huge wealth building tool especially when acquiring assets that are multifamily. 

But these tools are not adequate for those of us who are really serious.

This type of loan is a tool for house flippers who want to renovate or develop a property and then sell it for profit.
