I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel, but much like designing an app, I want to map out my strategy in a visual/flow chart to help organize it all.

Every state, city, etc. has their own unique set of challenges that must be dealt with, which can create big fluctuations in the costs to build.

Before everyone including me would say thats not realistic lets talk about my unique setup.

I've researched wholesaling and it's very unique and is what i want to do in TN.

Frankly, I wasn't very sharp about guardianships but the kegal groups that I was active in were all happy for a warm body to organize grandparents as if baby ducks; people who were sadly trying to raise their grandchildren when kids were busy doing drugs or jail time.
