Its a 1945 story and a half house with slanted 2n't floor ceilings and no attic.You can see most new tape joints as they are soggy, all lights filled up with water, outlets had water dribbling out of them, even basement had plenty of water dripping into it.

Not being accredited there is more red tape to follow as a sponsor of a deal.I like the plain ole vanilla type of investors that have money sitting around in the bank or in the stock market and want to put it to work.

At this point it's been 2 months of them squatting in the apartment without payment and they also stopped paying water bills which if the tenant doesn't pay on the account in their name, it gets transferred to the property owner's account.
