How does it feels to work simultaneously on multiple deal aspects in a pressing time frame. 

No reason for a seller to sign an option contract when they know they can get multiple offers 1st day on the market, above listing price.2. 

My question is, should we mortgage the debt free condo and use the cash to make down payments on multiple properties for quicker acquisitions or...Use my personal cash to make down payments at a slower rate?

However I do not work with individuals who use multiple agents.
