There hasn’t been any rain in a while so we know it must be something clogging the sewer line.We tell them to not flush any toilets or use any water and my husband goes over there immediately while I try to find a plumber who can get there that night.

I'm in the middle of a full remodel and the carpeting and linoleum had to go - one due to pet odors and the other due to age and poor repair.

I personally prefer the lower risk of purchasing assets that are already performing, but which can be improved through better management or some remodeling.

I'd like to think I am making an educated decision in doing so, but i also have to wonder is it the side of me that is burnt out from a long stressful remodel and not super excited to go through it again just yet that is weighing in on the decision?

Little did I know within 5 mos, she would fake disabilities to get $ from the govt, call code enforcement to make it that much harder to evict, and deface and damage the property (We're talking cement in the toilet tank and pickles down the drain type of stuff).
