In nov. of last year joined BP to improve my RE iq these are the type of discussions that allow multiple perspectives from seasoned pro's and newbies a like...I'm always up to learn.

There are serious generational gaps with strategy, motivation, intention, technology, and wealth that prohibit constructive interaction much more than gender. 

If I'm not wearing the uniform myself, I can think of nothing I'd rather do than lead teams that help to provide our service men and women with the technology they need to carry out their mission and return home safely.

I see all the Guru infomercials and wouldn't buy anything new from them because I'm in enterprise technology sales and know that if it sounds to good to be true it usually is.

Thank you for clearing this up,John FedroMight see my post, you're correct, using a trust isn't illegal, but using a trust to circumvent the DF Act doesn't fly, as no scheme or method or innovation may be used to circumvent the intentions of the Act.

We have about 300 units under management, and utilize the newest technologies and tools, and we typically run a 97% occupancy rate across our entire portfolio at any given time. 

While I've made a modest living understanding the basics of technology and business, I have always known that corporate America isn't my long term calling.
