For not, I am an Infantry Officer but one of the rare ones that during my first five years (the most rigorous physically) I am still without any real wear and tear on my body so I can't/wouldn't count on disability really adding any income I don't think.

If pipes are slow, dripping or backing up, I find a plumber and replace the cast iron with PEX or PVC and have new holes drilled through the bottom of the cabinets or floor (rather than tear the walls up) for kitchen sinks and bathrooms, and have the on/off water shut off valves changed if corroded.

TBD.TBD:-Should we just replace the carpet in ADU BR (it's the only floor that needs to be replaced) or should we put LVP in the entire unit (requires tearing out tile in kitchen and bath)?
