Does anyone have any experience or regularly attend meetings in the Nashville/Tennessee area that they might recommend?

On top of changing rules regularly, and threatening fines for rules that were changed the next week, they never did the initial inspection with the builder. 

You would be taxed at regular income rates but if you can get returns much better than the average 7% in the stock market it may be worth it.

Your regular income gets added to the cap gain for the total that determines what bracket (0, 15 or 20%) you fall into.

If your looking for someone who regularly develops "good deals" to reassign/ sell to you in the St Cloud area that's an easy one, there isn't any.
