not enough to go around the single family market is at a one month supply multi family is worse. 

There always seems to be a pretty good amount of duplexes on the market at any given time within the city (although there definitely seems to be a short supply at the current moment).

Your approach to all of the tenant and apologizing and then supplying a reasonable solution is terrific.

Have to disagree on the market supply though.

As to the excess supply of student geared condo's, I don't think you need to worry too awful much.

In the mean time all signs here point to continued accelerated appreciation w/ our low supply & high demand.

You would need to supply a lot of details for me to come up with highest and best use.

This way there are no overlaps here, but if there is a partner supplying both credit and cash, then that's the 3rd part.
