What number of calls do you tell your "students" is a realistic number mr Haskins?

I really would like to do more deals and have found some good deals that fall into into my model (buy and hold, 2-4 unit student housing) but I know I won't get approved for the financing on them.

What I tell my students is they need to develop a real estate strategic plan that outlines their goals, strategies, resources and capabilities.

This is the first time in history the govt has taken over health care, banking industry, auto industry, insurance industry and I think student loans.

Seriously call all the trade schools in your area and let them know you have projects that their students can get hours on and they will be there.

I have several investors that have purchased properties, gutted them, rehabbed them and placed students in them and are now looking to refi the properties to get their intial investment back.

The home is in an ok neighborhood and most of the people I have interviewed were either college students or low income with not so great credit.
