I made 110k in 90 days on a 20k investment.. but I had to pay my wife a full commish of course.So that led to thinking  U could have resellers of notes  to those with little knowledge of the note business and they buy a note that CANT be foreclosed on.. ???

Take notes as you go in one place so you can collect everything that you learn (from podcasts, reading, talking to people) as you go.

You could do a simple Quit Claim deed to move the note to a LLC.

I suspect this is more for passive cap gain type stuff.. not ordinary income for those in the industry.. and or might work for the private individual who does this totally passive IE a broker brings them a note..
