I can also see how the buyer not having as much skin in the game as one ordinarily would could be a turnoff to some sellers.

There are many ways to skin this cat and the financial knowledge you bring to the table will give you a lot of flexible options.

I'm very curious to see what others say but I'd find it surprising that anyone competent enough to own $3.5MM- $24MM properties would allow anyone else to take control of it/them with absolutely no skin in the game.
