I was thinking of creating an LLC (which I will do in the future but not for my first property) and renting the house to the llc for the first year.

But I think it’s only 9% I have so far since I just closed on the property in March or this year.

If it's been listed for 100 days, do you think other investors in the area are keeping an eye on it?

I am thinking of purchasing an airbnb/vrbo property and have several questions.1.

I'm thinking of hiring virtually from Upwork, Fiver or Onlinejobs as opposed to some of the bigger SEO companies just because of the price difference. 

I'd say your best strategy would be for a furnished rental either listing on Furnished Finder, Airbnb 30+ day stays, VRBO, or some of the other listing sites.
