I utilized a HomeStyle Renovation Loan, a conventional loan that enabled me to finance the cost of the rehab.

Ft ranch home with new appliances ( Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove(electric or gas), washer/dryer, microwave etc and contemplating whether it requires and electrical upgrade from 100 amps to 150/200 amps.Currently the HVAC system installed for central heating/cooling is  15 amps)and there is gas water heater.Do you anyone know if this needs to a mandatory upgrade or any recommendations around the same and what it can cost to upgrade electric panel to 150 amps/200 amps?

Don since this is a good teaching moment for BP members without having to spend 15k with the sub 2 guys :)how did you set up the payments. 

You could easily bundle that into the cost of the rental and pay it for them...

Hi Vlad.If you want to setup your own management company, I am not sure if another management company would have you hang your license there, learn what you can from them and then go setup up a company. 

Costs would be $300K - $400K depending on how big, how nice, etc.  

I'm so afraid to underestimate costs.

Set up a manager-managed LLC with you being the member, you should be fine with lots of wholesaling & flips.

Most very talented CPAs can/will advise you on tax strategy for a fraction of the cost..
