My current relatively long term goals are to own at least 2 rental properties by the end of my senior year.Recently, a good friend of mine whom is also a Business Major at CSULB has informed me that the condo (3bedrooms 2baths 2 car garage and fireplace) that he has lived in for over a year now with 2 other roommates is up for sale by the owner and is willing to sell it to us for $200k-250k.

I would suggest the local credit unions [IU & Crane Federal] plus small local banks like Citizens & Bloomfield State.I don't think there is any active REI clubs there as well.If you haven’t already, please read/listen to these books ASAP!
