Most of the property management softwares have the feature with one time additional fee.

I'm actually collecting these to create funny video featuring a bad property manager.

I also did the Than Merrill three day seminar that was the first thing i did and how this all began but like a lot of people i don't have 50k just laying around to pay for something like that. 

There is no additional fee or anything as long as you use the regular feature. 

I saw a commercial the other day advertising this feature on Zillow.

I haven't been to any yet only went to a couple seminars which they were trying to up sale me on some 3 day training classes.
