Oh wow..it's like a bunch of Lemmings responding at the bottom of that blog...The contracts we use gives the seller the right to rescind and back out right up to actual sale..with full disclosure through the whole process..That alone totally negates his whole rant..The first Agent I approached about doing short sales made me think I was trying to engage him in the most unethical illegal deal imaginable!..
