. - You are caught between a rock and a hard place and as @Daniel Chang - rightly said you need to control your own destiny.Frankly, I wouldn't be doing any further business with your broker/partner, as the business relationship is destined to get worse.You need to find a creative solution to extricate yourself from this problem, as your livelihood depends on it as indicated.You will now have to quickly associate yourself with a new broker, then vigorously pursue getting a broker's license of your own.However, you need to be cautious about the next new broker and use the lessons learned in this recent partnership as a yardstick for selection.

Since the ruling it has become less risky and a lot of investors have jumped on the band wagon now and as a result have driven priced to where the deals are not as good anymore.

As I understand it that would be where I as the investor gets the property under contract from the seller for purchase price A at X amount per month and then contracts with the tenant buyer with a lease option for purchase price B at Y amount per month and make the spread between A & B and X & Y.

most say I should be greatful that I have a job and that life isn't so bad   but I am living pay check to pay check renting a 1 br apartment in someone else's house.my family (mother father and niece that they are raising) had to relocate from new York to Delaware, they are really the only family I have left and I do want to be around them, at the same time my job is in ny so I am stuck between a rock and a hardplace  I recently came into a bunch of "life changing" money  and I don't know the first thing to do with it  money.
