Otherwise you can be at the mercy of a lender saying pay the entire amount off or apply all the sale proceeds.I know, LOL.There are no tax implications with cross collateralization, excluding any use of qualified assets held in any tax qualified retirement plan restricting comingling of funds.

:)While GFG wasn't called out specifically by the DOL, this was enough to scare me into closing my 401K (the IRS penalties can be up to 110% of the value of your retirement account); I spent a year working with the IRS to get a formal determination of whether my company had violated any ERISA laws (luckily it hadn't).Just wanted to point this out for anyone who may be considering setting up a ROBS product, so that they can do their due diligence.
