But remember, in 5 years, when your rents go up say, $50 a month apiece, that will be another $150 a month in cash flow and your principal paydown will go up another $60 or $65 a month as well.

I'd sell it quick while you can get the tax advantage.It's always good to remember that equity is not "real money" until you liquidate.
