I'm an aspiring real estate investor that is honestly still trying to find my RE niche.

Heard lot about awesome cash flows but haven't seen much discussion at BP.

My siblings and I are finally diving into RE as well.

Find a RE broker that owns property and has been working full time in RE for at least 10 years, ( from before the market crashed) this way you'll know they are knowledgeable about the process, area, and investment properties!

So I have a Pine  tree that fell and broke my fence, but the main problem is that it has not completely fallen and the fence is holding the tree up at the moment and it is leaning over my neighbors house.So my problem is I called my insurance company they said they will send a adjuster to asses the damage but they stated  I need to call a tree company and have the tree removed and that I have to pay for the tree to be removed and they will re imbursed me.

I'm wanting to know how much it would cost to re-paint old kitchen cabinets?

Besides, know all the numbers of such property, these are (see the Capital Letters to familiarize with RE acronyms)our Debt-Coverage-Ratio, the Annual-Debt-Constant and the Loan-to-Value to come up with the Net-Operating-Income. these numbers will let you know how to make an offer and how to approach a lender and it is imperative you have them correctly.You know why you want to be in Real Estate Investing right?

I am a property manager for 3 different apartments here in Tucson, and have lived here, for now, 3years and have a good credit, but so far that is the only experience I have in RE.I'm looking into buying and flipping houses (still hesitating which one would be the best way to get started between flipping houses or house hacking) but also I'm 23 years old, would you recommend finding an other RE investor to team up with for my first deal?
