I know interest only loans come usually in 5 to 10 year increments before you have to start paying on the principle as well, but are there penalties (I'm guessing there are) for flipping the property shortly before that transition happens?

Their gain in this the rapid growth of their economy (average about 9%) which provides lots of jobs for their burgeoning middle class.Molarband, not all the stuff they are manufacturing is the "cheap labor", low tech stuff.

For a new project, the best practice is to prepare three different pro formas for any project, with numbers for a "best case" scenario (most rapid lease-up, for example), a "worst case" scenario, and a "most likely case" scenario.
