Do you know if taking a detailed walk through video would be sufficient for a contractor to do a rough estimate?

Giving the market a completed package including: a dialed home including light professional staging, great listing photos, creatively written MLS listing, updated termite report and clearance, home inspection report, adding the listing to brokers caravan, circulating a marketing brochure, and setting open houses every weekend until an offer is accepted; we do these steps on every listing.

We paid a professional to have gas lines added to change the range to gas.

I have others that are business owners or high level professional who are happy with a quality asset at a 7 to 8 cap and want 50 units or more to be hands off with structure in place.
