I'm primarily looking to get started with wholesaling to build up some capital for future investments so right now I'm looking to learn as much as I can in that niche. 

It doesn't give me the option of analyzing a partnership based on different equity splits and preferred returns, etc.

I am trying to find my niche, whether it will start off as wholesaling and then eventually go into buying and renting out.

I would prefer not to do a hard pull on my credit.
