I’ve seen several posts on social media where they’ll be a downed tree on the property, a few shingles blown off by wind, or some damaged siding, and the poster always says “it’s not always passive”.My question is: what does everyone do with their monthly repair costs?

#1 I agree with others, don't compare your progress with social media posts.

As for post-subdivision value of land there is essentially no other comparables and the area is notorious for the inability to rezone.

:-) I've posted a similar post on a different forum (probably the wrong one) and haven't gotten any feedback so I'm hoping second time is the charm.I'm a CPA in the State of Maine with 12+ years in public and private accounting sectors.

Go to investor meetups, post on Facebook everyday or three times per day.
