I would encourage you to spend time going through post by  @Joe Villeneuve and  @Marc Winter to see how they think and how they come to the conclusions they make when they respond to people and help people.

They have the wrong philosophy of life to take any risks.

Like most businesses out there property management companies have many different fee models and I will encourage landlords who have a need for property managers to research different companies and make a decision based on the model that best fit your need and justify the fees. 

I would encourage you to look at the midwest.

Its all negotiable.I would highly recommend that you find the operator first and then acquire the house.There is a lot to know so I encourage you to get trained before you jump in as a landlord, investor or an owner'operator.Gene

The REIA that normally is at 3rd space here in the Springs usually has a handful of Pueblo investors, so I'd encourage you to come visit sometime after all of this. 

If not, then I would encourage you to notify the other owners in the building to attend the meetings that way they can see for themselves just how poor the management is.

So the philosophy behind buying a primary home vs. investment properties is different. 

If not, I highly encourage you to do so.

If somebody is currently unemployed, I would encourage them to stay wherever they are.
