Hello, I've got a perfect deal on the table and have negotiated a killer price.I'm meeting with the seller tomorrow and have but one problem- I'm not sure how to fill out a contract and am not sure which contract to use and how to fill them out!

When you saw the same deal from three different wholesalers, it was perfectly reasonable at that point to ask each of them to provide a copy of an executed contract.
