It's so amazing they are able to do those so perfectly as USA did!

After any type of structure damage, the home just simply isn't going to be "perfect" any more, like it was before the accident.

While discrimination based on race, color, creed (whatever that is), national origin, religion, etc. is illegal, it is perfectly legal to discriminate against attorneys.

I can honestly say the contractors did not do as "perfect" as I would have.

I heard the story recently, and it’s a perfect marketing lesson…Apparently, in 1929 they were a normal-sized soap company.

For instances taxes are unpaid or the collateral is defective or ownership is not perfected, etc.

Since it's going to be hidden behind a vanity it doesn't have to be a perfect job.

You can't have perfect compliance, unless you have a gated and monitored area. 

Someone that does nothing but manage properties for a living, maybe.Or just someone that is 100% perfect at following exact instructions 100% of the time, and has super easy finances/credit/etc.

I love being outdoors- hiking, kayaking, four-wheeling, fishing, diving, etc....and Kodiak is the perfect place to get all that in :)  Looking forward to connecting with the community here and learning from the years of knowledge and expertise everyone seems to have!
