If you are passionate about real estate that's awesome, but it's going to much harder than selling cars unless you set it up from the start as a business that you want to learn everything about.

I would learn, play, and work EACH day to maintain the passionate love affair with real estate.I would ask more questions of others, their processes, their jobs, their investment methodology and get more connective learning and understanding of the big picture...  

I feel that if you are passionate enough and driven enough and really want it bad enough you can get things going in a few months and make investing your full time job rather than looking for a full time job and investing part-time.

If you are dedicated, motivated, and passionate then go for it.

Im passionate about creating generational wealth and it sounds like you have an opportunity to do just that with this real estate. 

I have a great passion for a career in RE.

I have put quite a bit of thought into it and it really seems like something I could be passionate about.

You can learn a lot starting out as a passive investor and down the road if passion to be more active is there, so be it, you will have learned a ton about how its done.  

I have had a passion for real estate since I was a kid and just recently ponied up the money for a pro membership on BP as I plan on taking REI seriously.
