All paperwork and communication to both seller and buyer was handled professionally.

As soon as the paperwork is complete, we'll be making a 3 hour drive to see the house to do our initial walk-through and decide how to prioritize the work...hopefully next week!

Banks have a lot of processes and need lot of paperwork, it takes a while. 

All you have to do is market your property as such and accept the paperwork.

Consult with a lawyer and once the paperwork is all set up then you can operate your business with less worry moving forward.
