You would never do that in a cold climate because you are stuck scraping ice off windows, brushing snow and may even have trouble starting the engine if it is too cold outside.

At the same time I'd hate to be wasting my time doing something I don't need to.Also I see how many real estate agents have their own entity (LLC) and their own website, identity sort of outside of the agency they work for.

Hi everyone,About to close on our first property just outside of Raleigh, NC.

Our primary residence is just outside of Washington, D.C. so this would be managed remotely.

Ideally looking for something 1-2 hours (traffic not included) outside of Boston. 

-TerryTerry- If you do not need to raise outside capital, buy good properties, hire the right management company a 100 unit property will only require a couple hours a week after closing.
