Currently I am an active real estate investor and developer (single family and large scale senior housing) but I am looking to get involved in mobile home parks. 

There is no extra hassle involved besides the time difference, as i said before.

Of course I do not know exactly how the others would be involved but I am assuming that they will both be highly involved with the remodeling/rehab project. 

Total speculation.The nice thing about casino gambling is that the rules and odds are clear. 

In short, I had plenty of work cut out for me if I bought this property.I negotiated with all of them a purchase agreement, which would involve my hiring a probate lawyer to help unravel the probate that occurred and try to get them the legal authority to sell me the house.

This involves investing using solid criteria and fundamentals, not speculating or relying on appreciation or rent growth, and of course solid cash flow.

If a transfer or refinance is involved then the title or escrow company should handle that for you.

I think you made a good move to be involved in buying and possibly selling apartment complexes.One important thing thing you should do is to listen to Grant Cardone on YouTube if you do not already do that. 

Being involved in real estate has always been a dream of mine.
