Tomorrow night I have a one-on-one meeting with a millionaire condo investor I would love to have as my mentor.

Buy a house in a big city, stay in motels in the country a couple nights a week/camp on the Dropzone (the main problem with this is I can’t realistically make sales calls from a Dropzone, hence the motel idea)At this point, I’m sort of leaning against option 1.

Ok so let me explain what happened.First off this took place in Mesa AZ, Maricopa County.So about a week ago I came home late at night from work and parked my car where I usually park.

So I had a unique situation last night in the fact she pocket dialed me and I do whole conversation with somebody else and did not know I was on the line.

It did not work for me and my situation to go and knock on people's door that were in foreclosure, but it made me money AND helped the people in the house.It did not work for me and my situation to do my first rehab almost by myself every night and weekend for several weeks, but it made me money and made me realize that I was going to have to hussle to find the deals AND fix them up(I stopped doing that pretty quick and got contractors).You may have to be a little inconvenienced to do more.

Just my personal time on nights and weekends.

I came across a potential flip last night and at first glance the property looked to fit my criteria.
