The competition will thin out when the market/news spooks the new people and the shine is off of real estate.

Just saw an update on VA Loan limits for 2017 - good news for us, it's been bumped to 424,100 for most areas, and even higher for some high cost areas!

This is excellent news, and sort of completes a the BRRR thinking in my brain of why its so attractive of a strategy.Cheers!

It would be great if you could start a Real Estate News email where you send out a newsletter detailing broad law changes and what they mean, things like FHA loan limit changes, a few stats on housing starts and construction.
