Great comment @Irene Nash and yes the main comment is true that being "responsive" or professional seems like a low bar, but even that is a lot to ask.

@Josh AbramsHey Josh, you could find some agents in the Nashville area pretty quickly by going up to Network—> Real Estate Agent—> and then searching for the city you are hoping to invest in with the search bar.

Set your bar high for tenants and there should not be any issues.  

The property was originally 2 bed 1.5 bath, we converted it to 4 bed 1.5 bath, finished the basement to add a pool table and mini bar, and updated kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, roofing and siding etc.Would you guys book a trip away at the property?

In the past couple of years we've seen our city explode with new industries coming in, population growing, and (drum roll) multiple roof top bars coming in (New to us columbus folk).
