It sold at auction for winning bid of $67K from an original bid of $60K.There were between 150 to 200 people/investors throughout the auction, many of which were there early.The trustees, which were in different corners, were giving their disclosures per property in a low voice tone, then quietly holding their bid.

You're going to need an awful lot of ROI just to get back to zero...If the amount is substantial, you may want to look into rolling it into a qualified retirement account with checkbook control and invest in RE that way.
