I head about them online, however their terms & condition paper work does not look very common and has multiple confusing clauses.Just want to know if anyone knows about them or their service?

Have done it before and they tore everything up - repeatedly dug holes, chewed sprinkler heads clean off, chewed all the wires in the sprinkler valves, chewed the bottom of a door off (still baffled by that one), chewed fence boards off (multiple times), etc.

I can't think of any scenario where any lender in business (and wanting to stay in business) would lend twice the market value unless they cross collateralized multiple properties of the borrower in the same loan.
