You may want to look at areas in Westchester like Yonkers or Mount Vernon.

Some of that raises the pressure in the hot-water pipes in your house, and some of that raises the pressure in the cold-water pipes and back out to the city water main. 

But as soon as I can get some spare time, I am going to mount it myself.
