If the frame and support beams are in god shape, a couple 10-20 ton bottle jacks for $50-$75 each and some concrete blocks or field stones should do the trick.

They withheld $47000 for a $60000 rehab.A week later I get an email asking for a receipt for the foundation because the inspector didn't see any evidence that any had been done.I was quite taken back by the email as the house had gone from 900 sq. ft. to 2000 sq. ft. and was build on not macaroni noodles or raw earth but actually and in fact a solid concrete foundation.

He placed my home at 25' setback which only left ~17' back yard, moving 5' forward may not sound like much, but it is, not only does it open the back yard up, it saves me 5' of dbl driveway concrete costs.

Overall, a massive unnecessary headache that cant be sold....well, ive just successfully rented 8 bedrooms at between 6-7 hundred a month.

Never really believed in using salt because of the damage it does to the concrete and not to mention getting tracked inside.
